Billing & Rowan's reputation at the

Since 1999 Billing & Rowan have taken
steps to establish itself as one of the foremost building
contractors in the local construction market, especially
our extensions. Billing & Rowan
has been steadily growing resulting in the present moment
a local builder who can offer a professional
and competent finished project.
Over the past 8 years, Billing & Rowan
has established an enviable reputation as a traditional
building company of the highest standard.
Billing & Rowan is a local building
firm who been established for just under 8 years, but have
nearly 40 years experience in the building
trade mainly domestic and private work
Billing & Rowan has built up a very
good reputation and the vast majority of our work is on personal
recommendations, we have been members of the Federation
of Master Builders from our very offset and are in
the process of joining the Wirral Fair Trading Scheme
in partnership with the National Government Trading
Standards and Wirral Borough Council.
Because Wayne Billing & Robert
Rowan are hands on builders it means
our continuous presence on site ensures constant availability
for client consultation and to liaise with them for any feedback
or alterations during while building works are in process
.
We have very good working relationships with our customers
resulting in even when we have completed our works in recommending
different specialist subcontractors and suppliers
of which we will pass on with the belief that we we would
only recommend them if they were good enough for us to use.
We are very proud of our employees and our
specialist sub contractors, each has been
selected for their commitment to quality and attention to
health and safety on the worksite.
We have excellent relationships with our
local builders merchant suppliers which reflects
back on to our customers in the quality of the materials that
we use.
We realise how disruptive and worrying building work is for
some people but we have a list of regular customers who would
be more than pleased to recommend our standard of
work and the clean and efficient manner
in which all our work is carried out.
